We're thrilled to welcome you to our kickboxing community, where we blend passion, skill, and dedication to empower individuals of all ages and levels.
Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps into the world of martial arts or an experienced fighter honing your techniques, our expert coaches are here to guide you on your journey to
excellence.
At PKA, we currently have 3 Programmes on offer:
Non-Contact Kickboxing
Offering the perfect balance of cardio, strength, and kickboxing technique without the physicality of belt grades, sparring and competitions. You can still experience
the thrill of kickboxing while focusing on fitness and skill development. This programme does have a 10 Test level Syllabus to work towards, and when ready, you can get tested on.
Sport Kickboxing
For the competitive spirit within you, we offer the opportunity to join our esteemed competition team the Paragon Panthers. Train alongside dedicated athletes and push your limits as you prepare for
belt grades, tournaments and optional World Championships.
COMING IN 2026 JANUARY: HYROX OFFICIAL SESSIONS
We're pleased to announce we're getting some new kit and becoming HYROX affiliated, this means more fitness orientated athletiscism and performance. Please fill this

Great coach that knows how to get you to push yourself to be the best and an amazing group of people, feel welcome into the "family" straight away and everyone is there to give a hand if you need one, couldn't recommend them enough, definitely worth joining wether it's for fitness or looking to become a kickboxer

Absolutely love every single moment in the Dojo. The Coaches, know exactly how hard to push you to get results. Originally went in to lose weight and ended up falling in love with the sport (whilst losing weight too!!). Also an amazing group of people to train with, always pushing and motivating one another.

My son has trained for 4yrs as a kickboxer , he lost motivation but we moved him here and he is really enjoying it , my sons confidence is back. The coaches are amazing tutors and always want all the academy to be and do their best . Can only say good positive things about here.
